Spokojenost

I had panela for the first time, so I’m not sure if this is a feature of this product or if it’s always like this, but it’s extremely sticky. Because of that, it was hard to get it out of the jar I poured it into. But the taste is good, with caramel notes.

The first time I heard about panela, I ordered it only because it was a "necessary ingredient" for a dessert. The dessert turned out excellent, so I rate it positively.

very interesting taste, I’m not sure what I expected, but so far it’s good in coffee. I haven’t tried the others yet :D

My favorite sweetener, great taste 💕

Panela is a loose, dark sugar with an absolutely caramel-like taste that’s just amazing. No wonder—it’s the UNrefined version of cane sugar. This is exactly the kind of cane sugar we “can” have. Even after processing, it retains its mineral content and natural amount of molasses, so there’s no need for added coloring. Perfect for baking, especially for the whole family.

I have been using the panel for quite a long time and I rate this one very positively as well.
