The dorsal part of yellowfin tuna is extra juicy and stands out with its rich and intense flavor compared to other parts of the fish. The fish contains no added oils, so you will also notice a subtle natural saltiness of the ocean in the fillets.
Only 3 basic ingredients in a handy jar for the best taste and nutritional value. In our fillets there are no unnecesary ingredients, such as artificial preservatives.
After being caught, the tuna are transported to the coastal region of La Rioja, where they are processed by a local company with many years of experience using traditional artisanal techniques.
To ensure high quality and purity, the products undergo strict laboratory testing that confirms the absence of heavy metals. All values are therefore within the limits set by European legislation.
