Yellowfin tuna are caught using sustainable fishing methods, including purse seines, nets or hook and line. This is also why our tuna is MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certified, giving you assurance of sustainability, accountability in fishing practices and transparency of origin. Once caught, the white tuna continues on to La Rioja, Spain, and the best ones are processed using traditional techniques by a local family‑run business with a rich history in the fish industry.

Among the most important nutrients that our tuna contains are omega‑3 fatty acids, with positive effects on cholesterol levels and normal cardiovascular function. It doesn't disappoint in its content of complete proteins, potassium or certain B vitamins either.
