Super jump rope. I'm 170 cm tall and the rope is long enough (part of it is hidden in the handles), I didn't have to cut anything. When you swing the rope, it hardly hurts - I was quite worried since it's metal. Plus there is a pouch and a spare lanyard. 🙂

Best jump rope I've ever owned! It's adjustable and doesn't tangle, so I can only recommend it! The only issue I had was with the shortening of the rope itself, which is really strong and high quality.

4,5/5 Great jump rope, the premium price is balanced by the second rope in the package. I can confirm that shortening the rope is not entirely fun. The handles don't slip, however, they are prone to various bumps and scratches if you have a habit of tossing the jump rope around and practicing on hard surfaces.

I've incorporated jump rope into my regular routine because it's a great activity to alternate with running. Specifically with the Vilgain jump rope, I love the adjustability and the packaging so I can take the jump rope with me anywhere.

Once you get the jump rope set up- nothing to complain about, great fast jump rope that is even lighter than the classic rubber ones. However, if you don't have two meters, shortening the rope is really a labor. Considering the fact that the rope can't be cut with classic scissors as with rubber rope, you need really good tools (used my grandfather's garage, I don't know how I would cope with classic options e.g. in the apartment as even small 'crimpers' for thin wires were not enough). Intuitively, the idea that I would tuck the rope as far as possible into the handle - but it was too long anyway, so I followed the idea that I would not screw the handle in the end and the rope would stick out of it - but this way the rope would twist when jumping and it would not jump for more than a minute. So the only option was to undo the rope with a pair of picks, and even that was not the easiest task, because the rope is really very strong and high quality.
