The meat comes from a controlled organic farm in the Czech Republic. Fallow deers live in a large game preserve, which is divided into a grassy part and a forest part with chestnuts and red oaks. In the forest part, there is also a resting zone with 5 lakes. The deers are under regular veterinary supervision , especially for parasites, and are regularly dewormed.
