Instead of sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia leaves

From the stevia plant, we obtain a highly valuable sweetener containing steviol‑glycosides, which are 200–300× sweeter than sugar. They do not affect blood sugar levels and are considered a safe, low‑calorie sweetener of natural origin.

Why steviol‑glycosides and not sucralose?

Frequently Asked Questions

Grass‑Fed Whey Protein is a premium whey protein concentrate produced by gentle ultrafiltration at low temperatures from the milk of cows that are grass-fed for at least 10 months of the year. It provides a complete amino acid spectrum of essential protein, which plays a key role in muscle growth.

Whey protein is a concentrated milk protein, meaning it is a regular food. It does not contain stimulants or any active substances, so by itself it is not unsuitable for children. However, the foundation should always be a varied diet, and protein serves as a supplement, not a replacement for food. The daily protein requirement increases especially around puberty (12‑17 years) in adolescents with systematic training. For these individuals, the recommended intake is around 1,2‑1,5 g per kilogram of body weight. For most children, this can be covered by milk, yogurt, curd, eggs, fish, meat, or legumes. If this is not achieved, for example when a child does not finish meals, has no appetite after training, or trains early in the morning, it makes sense to include one serving per day, which is about 20‑25 g of protein. More is not necessary. For younger children, we recommend discussing the dosage with a pediatrician.

Yes, protein is suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding; if necessary, consult your doctor and follow the recommended dosage.

The lactose content in whey protein concentrate is a maximum of 10% (on average 7,5%). In protein isolates, it is usually less, around 1–3%.

It is sweetened with sweeteners of natural origin, steviol-glycosides from stevia, instead of synthetic sweeteners (e.g. sucralose or acesulfame K), flavored with natural aromas, and contains no colorants. The whey is obtained by gentle ultrafiltration at low temperatures from the milk of grass-fed cows.

The protein contains more than 70% protein with a complete spectrum of amino acids. Whey concentrate is among proteins with high bioavailability – on the DIAAS protein quality scale it reaches a value of 97.

The whey comes from the milk of cows that are grass-fed for at least 10 months of the year. According to the source listed on the product page, such milk has a more favorable profile of omega-3 fatty acids, CLA, iron, vitamin E, and certain carotenoids.

Yes. Thanks to its high protein content and 117 kcal per serving, it easily fits into a diet with lower energy intake. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

It's a very good protein, tasty, dissolves quickly.

I add it daily to my breakfast with nuts and oats. The consistency and taste are fine. The first week I had digestive issues (constipation), but that's always the case when starting to use protein. For me, it's the best protein so far.

Very good.

Vanilla and chocolate are great. I recently tried the Mango Black Tea flavor from the store, but unfortunately I can't find it in a larger package... will it be restocked?

Questions

Were there any 3rd party tests performed on whey protein products that would check for heavy metal and BPA contents? If yes, is it publicly available?
