Hello, I would like to ask how it is with the burners because I don't really understand this issue. I take MyProtein protein after exercise and recently started taking BCAA tablets also from MyProtein. I am not overweight, but I would like to lose the excess fat - because I struggle a lot with fat in my abdominal area. Is it advisable to include this or another fat burner in my routine? I wouldn't like to lose some muscle :-)
Hello Jarko, you don't have to worry about muscle loss due to a fat burner, radical diets are much more involved in muscle damage, when the working muscle has to take energy from its own "structure". Hello Michal, if you are used to taking caffeine on a daily basis, you probably have an increased tolerance and the product does not work for you or works very weakly. I would recommend cutting out all sources of caffeine (coffee etc.) for about a month and then start taking it. It is also important to take it on an empty stomach, at least an hour apart from meals.
