The flavor is very good and I love how it makes one's tongue and teeth purple. 😁
I've probably seen the effect the most in squash and weightlifting, I'm not as distracted and focus on the sport. My friend plays LoLko and praises his better reflexes and focus. We take a pill every morning.
After 3 months of use I see improvement in my skin, hair and nails. It dissolves for me just fine (I stir with a fork in a glass) and the taste is pleasant, refreshing. I always rotate the flavor after one packet so I don't overdo it. :)
I've been taking it regularly for three months and have noticed an improvement in my skin (much less acne, especially on my face) and hair (lots of new "baby hairs" and not so much frizz).
