Vilgain Collagen Complex

I recently started exercising regularly and after almost 4 weeks of taking collagen, my knees stopped hurting and I can enjoy moving again.

Good flavor and the effect is great. Within a few months I have healthier nails and hair.

After 3 months of use I see improvement in my skin, hair and nails. It dissolves for me just fine (I stir with a fork in a glass) and the taste is pleasant, refreshing. I always rotate the flavor after one packet so I don't overdo it. :)

Women after 25 lose natural collagen, so for me essential. Tastes super like liquid gelatin haha

Good solubility, I stir it in water and it always dissolves nicely without lumps. Ingredients super. I personally find it good in taste (definitely better than pure collagen without flavour).

I think that it is one of the best collagens on the Czech market. The composition is pure and at the same time charged. I am only using the second pack. The first one lasted me 4 weeks. I notice results so far only on better facial skin, for more visible results it is necessary to take at least 8 weeks. The taste is fine too.

It smells a bit. It's quite sweet. Definitely better than all the drugstore collagens. I've been using it for a while, but I think it'll work. But I'd rather switch to Vilgain Hair, Nails & Skin. It's just more convenient/faster
