Combining erythritol with stevia sweetener into a sweet, aftertaste‑free blend
Our sweetener is composed only of erythritol and stevia sweetener, making it completely natural in origin. We have taken care to get the ratio right so that the sweetener does not have an unpleasant aftertaste or bitterness. The texture resembles classic crystalline sugar, which can be easily dissolved in liquid, but the sweetness is several times higher. The sweetness ratio is 4:1 compared to conventional sugar.
An alternative to sugar for drinks, cooking and baking
You can use this sweetener to sweeten drinks such as tea, coffee or lemonade. It can also be used in cooking or baking, but it needs to be well dissolved, preferably in a liquid.
