Vilgain Organic Bourbon Vanilla Sugar is a fragrant blend of organic cane sugar from Brazil and real, crushed Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.
Vanilla sugar is a traditional European sweetener that serves as one of the basic ingredients for baking desserts or flavoring pancakes and crepes. It also complements hot drinks such as tea, mulled wine or punch, giving them a unique flavour and aroma with a hint of Christmas.
We have not skimped on the added Bourbon vanilla and thanks to that you will see it in abundance in the mixture and with 7% of vanilla powder it ranks among the sugars with the highest vanilla content on the Czech market. Cheaper variants range up to a maximum of five percent or are even flavoured with synthetic substitutes.

Instructions for use
- 1 tsp (4 g) is enough to sweeten smaller desserts (pancakes, crepes) and achieve a vanilla flavour.
- Use 2 teaspoons (8 g) to sweeten larger desserts (cakes, pies) and achieve a more intense flavour.
