In the manual activation process, the almonds are first soaked in fresh water for a few hours to start sprouting. They are then air‑dried for a few hours and carefully ground until they become a velvety smooth butter. The almonds processed in this way are excellent in taste and have a super creamy consistency. They are slightly bitter with a hint of marzipan.
