Wow!!! Excellent. :) Vilgain products have no competition in quality and taste. :)
Probably the worst money spent. It doesn't run at all and it's not even done after 5 minutes. 😂
Hi Victoria, we recommend you to try our procedure on the web:
Weigh one 70 g serving into a 300-350 ml mug and pour 70 ml of cold water.
We recommend using a larger mug, as the contents of a classic 250 ml mug may spill out.
Stir well and let stand for 1-2 minutes.
For an even smoother cake, add a little butter or coconut oil to the batter.
Then place in the microwave on 600W for 2,5-3 minutes (check after 2 minutes and leave to finish if necessary).
Do not cover with a plastic lid in the microwave.
Mug cake can be tipped out of the tin or eaten directly from the mug.

Not sweet enough for me, I top with chicory syrup. The peanut butter cookie flavour is quite neutral. I liked the chocolate version better.
