Vilgain R2E Trout with thyme - prepare a nutritious dinner full of protein in no time

You can never have enough fish in your diet. Whether you eat it according to the official nutrition recommendations twice a week or not, you'll appreciate cleaned trout fillets that don't need any preparation. You pull them out of the jar, throw in a side dish and vegetables and eat them straight away.

Rich in nutrients

The meat of rainbow trout is of very high quality because it contains all the essential amino acids and is very digestible. In addition, it contains vitamins A, D and B, and selenium and iodine, among minerals and trace elements. There is also a dose of omega‑3 fatty acids.

No nonsense

Sugar, flavourings and vegetable oils are common in similar products on the market. They help to balance or enhance the taste. We wanted our trout to be free of unnecessary additives, so you'll find just a pinch of salt and thyme in addition to the fish itself.

Honest Czech production

Our trout comes from ponds in the Třeboň and Opočno regions. Their farming is sustainable and, unlike some wild fish, they are free of heavy metals. After catching, they are carefully cleaned, cut into fillets and filled into jars. Each of them contains 125 g of pure muscle.
