Ingredients bomb, it's pretty sweet, but that's just dates and pineapple :) crunchy buckwheat chunks I appreciate :)

The bar is great in composition, but very sweet for me.

the raspberry flavour is the best for me - perfect for travelling, and the texture :d waaaw

Good, I smell a little bit of buckwheat in there, which I would have preferred just for the raspberries.

I use the bars for running. In my case, I can not gluten, lactose and nuts.
