The manufacturer recommends taking one 18 g scoop with 250 ml of water. Drinking a quarter of a liter of water before a workout seems quite a lot to me personally, on the other hand you can take Pre-Workout without stimulants 2,0 30-60 minutes before a workout. This will give you enough time to get some sleep after drinking it. If you follow the recommended dosage, one pack will last you a total of 20 workoutswhich is not bad at all, although most competing products last longer. Compared to 1,0 in 2,0, one item was added to the composition, which is ok, but the flavor went away completely. Strawberry and lime is an absolutely bad combination. Weird sweetish taste in the background with sour. Definitely read artificiality. Function fulfilled, but please go back to the orange.
Compared to the previous version I don't feel any effects, version 1,0 really boosted performance, now I don't feel any difference between training with or without this pre-workout. The only improvement is the lower acidity.
It fulfils its purpose, but in terms of taste it did not hit my taste at all. It's too sweet and bitter at the same time and I smell something terribly artificial in it. I'll stick with the original orange version.
