Myprotein Zinc and Magnesium

Average - I expected more from this product, the price is decent and the capsules are swallowed without problems. However, next time I will reach for Zinc and Magnesium from TPW.

Scam - I was buying it as an excellent and cheaper alternative to ZMA, plus the only one with copper. Last time I already had the new one and not knowing about the change I was amazed the recovery was a class worse and digestion not so good. Now it's clear...

Oxide - Unfortunately, Myprotein secretly changed the ingredients to ineffective zinc oxide and magnesium oxide and this is the end of this product for me
