Taste fine, not too sweet. Probably even helps to make up kcal. Anyway, it makes a lot of lumps and the measuring cup is so huge that before I pour it into the shaker I spill a lot of it.. so I believe a few batches went to waste.

Not good for my body – After first 3 times I start using this product I felt stomach pain, something that with Reflex product never happened. So I am not saying that product is bad or not good, just doesn't my body absorb it well. As well the powder doesn't dissolve well in the water. So for those who have good experience with it, I am glad for you. Nothing to complain on AKTIN who are a very reliable, trusty and fast supplier. N.B. I am an ectomorph going daily to gym.
