Once you open it and dip in your spoon, you just can't stop. One spoonful is not enough, and it's even worse if your partner likes it too. You have to hide it. I highly recommend it!!! Excellent.

Great in yogurt or muffins. On bread, it's quite a dry option.

Excellent taste, unfortunately some lids do not seal properly and some cannot be closed at all, a bit of oil leaks into the packaging and subsequent handling during use is not very convenient.
