Are you looking for an honest paté with a high content of fine meat with a distinctive taste? Vilgain has prepared for you an extra meaty treat with a hefty portion of duck liver.
High meat and liver content
The usual pates you buy in the store often only look like meat, and upon closer inspection you'll find that it's mostly lumps of lard and pork rinds. We offer 43% finely minced meat, plus 34% duck and pig liver. These are rich in B vitamins and vitamin A. Great as a quick source of wholesome protein.
Pure, no nonsense ingredients
We don't bother you with a mountain of nitrites, artificial preservatives, flavour enhancers and other ballast that only weighs down the body. Instead, we flavoured the spread with a combination of dried onion, ginger, a pinch of cinnamon and grape sugar. The product is preserved the old‑fashioned way, with only salt and nothing else.
The animals are raised in the Czech Highlands. The spread has a classic recipe tailored just for us and is enjoyed in our popular easy‑to‑open tin, perfect for travelling, camping or a quick snack during the day. Spread on bread, it tastes best.

Pork 43 %, pork fat, pork liver 22 %, duck liver 12,5 %, water, dried herbs (onion), spices (ginger, cinnamon), spice extracts (black pepper, nutmeg), salt, grape sugar.
