Are you considering another flavour? This orange probably won't suit everyone, I personally don't like it, although it's not disgusting, I can stand it.
Hello, although the pills work, I am not in the least impressed by their taste, is it possible to swallow the pills without reducing their effect? Thank you for the answer! :)
Hi Nelo, the tablets can also be swallowed, but for maximum effectiveness we recommend letting them dissolve in the mouth, where the buccal absorption makes the active ingredients absorb faster. Have a nice day.

Caffeine is metabolized differently Alex, many factors influence this, typically it can be 6-12 hours, generally 8 hours before bed I wouldn't put anything more than that on, but I say this is good to test for yourself, my rule of thumb is around 9-10 hours currently, you don't want to disrupt sleep, there are enough other influences working against it already from technology to lifestyle, surroundings etc. Otherwise we just made these suckers so you can dose them appropriately in smaller amounts, caffeine is good to feel out exactly to maximize its use, you don't want too little or too much and l-theanine makes the effect more pleasant, less jittery/anxiety prone.
