Vilgain Ghee Butter Oil Spray - excellent seasoning and a helper for lactose‑free frying
Transfused butter and avocado oil combine notes of buttery and slightly nutty‑fruity flavours. Thanks to the spray dispenser, you always have perfect control over the amount and even spread of oil you add to your favourite dish.
The ideal lactose‑free partner in the kitchen
Itcontains less than 0,01 g of lactose per 100 ml, which means that although each person can react to lactose in different ways, this negligible amount is so low that the likelihood of a negative reaction is extremely low. This is achieved by over‑skimming the butter, which reduces the milk protein and lactose content.
Suitable for baking and frying
With a smoke point of 195 °C, baking and frying at lower temperatures does not overheat the oil and prevents the formation of potentially harmful substances. You can use the ghee and avocado oil spray mixture when roasting meats, to grease a baking tray when baking and it's also great for flavouring your favourite salads.
Easy to use
We bottle the oil in a specially designed bottle, which effectively separates the propellant from the oil itself. This means that the quality of the oil remains unaffected, and you can use the spray at any angle. Additionally, no Co2 escapes when spraying, making this technology more environmentally friendly.
Unique blend with lower saturated fat content
Ghee has a lower water and milk protein content than whole butter, which in practice means it contains a lower proportion of saturated fats, which we normally consume too much of and can cause cardiovascular complications.
When you mix ghee with avocado oil, which is known for its high content of beneficial monounsaturated fats, you're supporting proper heart function and preventing higher cholesterol levels. In addition, the premium quality of the product is guaranteed by the BRC (British Retail Consortium), the international food safety standard.

Instructions for use
- Shake well before use and spray on cold pan or food from a distance of 10 - 15 cm.
- Suitable for hot and cold cuisine.
- 1 second squeeze = 1,8 ml of oil.
- The dispenser can be used for standard dosing by pressing in the middle, or a smaller dose by pressing on the tip of the dispenser.
