answered question
Hello, has the chocolate been alkalinised? How were the beans processed? Thank you
Hi, Rozarka, chocolate is not alkalized. The beans are roasted at a low temperature to retain the flavour and as many antioxidants as possible. The beans are then dehulled and then ground in a melanger. Thank you for your inquiry 😊.
