Organic Korean Pickled Vegetable - reviews
Great option if you’re wanting kimchi. Decent amount but the price is a bit much so it wouldn’t exactly be a regular purchase for me. However kimchi, especially organic kimchi with no unnecessary additives, is never really cheap so I think it’s a good choice. Very tangy, less spicy which is a bit of a put off but if you want it for the health benefits as a result of the fermentation process then it’s perfect; quick tip: tastes great with roasted sweet potato - that’s all I’ll say
I really like that it’s so spicy, right now I’m in a phase where I really enjoy it and I can even eat a whole jar on its own. I even had a whole pickled onion in there, yum!
I like it very much, but I find it expensive for the quantity offered. I would like to know if it is pasteurized or not. If it is pasteurized, it is not good, because it loses some of its benefits.
