Oats are rich in vitamins and minerals such as phosphorus, iron and vitamin B1. They also have the perfect nutritional composition, containing twice as much healthy fat as wheat, more digestible protein, carbohydrates and plenty of fibre to keep you feeling fuller for longer.
Our flour is obtained from oats that are grown in organic farming and thus carry the organic quality certificate. Since the oats are used whole when they are milled into flour, the resulting flour is whole grain and contains much more minerals, vitamins and fibre than white flour.
