Má zvláštní pachuť a v každém receptu je strašně cítit, i když ji tam dám třeba jen 50g. Do toho je asi nějaká špatně namletá, po upečení jsou v těstě takové tenké čárky které jsou v puse jako piliny. Pokud je nechcete cítit, nesmíte moc kousat. Fakt ne...
The taste is not good at all and it spoils the taste of every cake I have baked with it, even if I added just a little bit. The taste is sort of rancid, a complete difference from freshly blended oatmeal. I regret buying it and I ordered 6pcs so I have a supply.
I was very disappointed with this flour. I used it for muffins and disaster, the taste is not good at all. The muffins were bitter and it was like eating sand. Never again.
Vilgain stuff I like but this flour one big disaster and I don't write reviews but this I had to. I made a carrot cake with it and I can't even describe it I took a bite and it was like I put sand and carrots in it. Even though I make it a lot at first I thought maybe it wasn't the flour but I was making doughnuts with it and it was exactly the same as the cake. So far I've been grinding my own flakes also from vilgain and it's never happened to me so I don't know if I just had a bad piece but I mean disaster.
I like to use oat flour, but this one disappointed me. The taste is very bitter (the bitterness is felt even after baking and adding the other ingredients). I had to throw it all away. 😕
