Suggested use

  • Gradually stir 60 g semolina into 400 ml hot milk or water, cook while stirring for 4 - 5 minutes.
  • For higher digestibility and a smooth consistency, soak the semolina in milk/water with a pinch of salt before cooking and refrigerate overnight.
