Quite tough. I wanted to use them for raw balls and almost broke my blender. Otherwise, they're fine for salads.

Super practical and tasty; plastic is hell these days, but I appreciate the minimum of extra (for me) ballast in the form of brine, thus light and convenient to pack for travel.
