A great one-portion dish for when you forget to soak the chickpeas overnight or don't have time. Compared to the classic canned chickpeas, it is not so soft and patchy, nice crunch. It has a little more pronounced chickpea odor, but I didn't mind.

Great product. Better if it's rinsed a little.

Great for quick cooking, the perfect amount.
