Vilgain Tapioca flour - easily digestible gluten‑free flour
Vilgain Tapioca flour is a fine gluten‑free flour made from 100% starch from the tubers of the Manioc bush, which is grown in the southern and central region of Myanmar. Due to its easy digestibility, it can be easily consumed before or after sports.
Its use is the same as for conventional flours. It is ideal for preparing sweet and savoury doughs, thickening sauces and other dishes.
