100% tapioca starch extracted from the root of the Cassava plant (Manihot esculenta).

Suggested use:
- Rinse the pearls under running water and soak in 3 parts of water, after swelling add three parts of milk and sweeten.
- Cook the mixture with constant stirring until thickened as a pudding, dose into bowls and decorate with your favorite fruit or chocolate.
