Hello, I want to ask you I bought this product and I want to use it. I have been working long term at a job where I do 12 hr shifts and I find that I have lost a lot of weight here. I am 175cm and weigh 58kg. I want to ask how should I take the dosage if every day and how often per day if once or multiple times. Or whether I should buy another product. Please advise me.
