an excellent substitute for flour or part of it when you need to increase the protein content in a cake :)

Morning porridge and cookies.

Tested and works great.

I mainly add it to baking sourdough bread. 😊

Baked goods with it are nice and fluffy, not rubbery at all. So for me, it's great!

I'm using it for the first time and so far it's good, delivery was fast.

It has no taste, making it ideal for both baking and cooking.

A great addition for baking, I highly recommend it.

You can't taste it at all in the flavor or texture of the dough. I only tried it in pancakes.
