Great, I add a little to various pasta sauces, or even to scrambled eggs.

Excellent, the chowder dough rose without any problems.

I don't know why, but with this dried yeast, my leavened dough rose only half as much in the same time and at the same temperature compared to regular store-bought yeast—quite a disappointment for me.

I’ve tried the yeast several times, but it never worked. It just dissolves in lukewarm water and doesn’t rise.

Not working too well, I'll go back to store-bought dried yeast.
