Egg white is a super animal protein with all the essential amino acids without the fat and cholesterol.
100% egg white, nothing more
Eggs from Belgian litter farming are broken out of the shell and the whites are separated from the yolks. The whites are then pasteurised - to get rid of any potential pathogens while extending shelf life. They are then injected under high pressure into a drying chamber, where the water evaporates to produce a fine, white powder of more than 80 % full‑fat protein. It does not contain genetically modified raw materials or other ingredients derived from GMOs.
Use them wherever fresh eggs
Our dried egg whites - like fresh egg whites - have no smell. They boast a fine texture, good solubility, long shelf life and easy storage.
You can use them wherever fresh egg whites are otherwise suitable. Use as fresh egg whites for making frosting or snow batter after whisking with water. 100 grams of powder mixed in 700 ml of water is approximately the amount of egg whites from 25 hen eggs, which is about 800 g of egg white. But you can add it to porridges and smoothies as a source of quality protein for making smoothies and porridges.
It is also perfect with it in cake biscuits and crusts, roulades, meringues, pavlova, biscuits, fritters, pastries, macaroons, toppings.

Use
- Suitable for further processing.
- Mix the powder with water in a ratio of 1:7*.
- Stir or whisk to desired consistency.
