great product in every way
It's quite salty and relatively tasteless, but it can be mixed into protein, yogurt, etc., and that way it can be consumed.
I was worried it would have the “aftertaste” that others mentioned in the comments, but in the end I’m satisfied. I use it in my morning porridge and apart from a slight change in consistency, the product suits me :) I’m still hesitant to add it to soup for now.

Great alternative to regular eggs
I use it for meringue – it whips up really firm. You need to add enough powder (about 5g per shot glass of water). I also make omelettes – water + powder and whisk well for about 1 minute on the lowest setting, then it’s dissolved. TOP product!
super fast source of protein, I add it to yogurts or porridges, it doesn’t leave lumps or an aftertaste
I don't know if all egg whites taste like this, but unfortunately they are a bit sour, so I have to sweeten my porridge a lot to mask the taste.
I am absolutely satisfied.
