I use it for sleep, it works very well, I sleep much better, I take it with magnesium malt

For relaxation, concentration and better cognitive brain function. Helps regulate distractibility from caffeine ✊

I've only been using it for a few days so far, so we'll see.

no effect for me, next time I will definitely try l theanine in the form of drops, maybe it will be better😀

I've been taking them for about a week, 1 capsule a day, and so far I haven't felt any significant effect. But maybe it just lasts a while, I'll give it a chance.
