I don't see the difference between regular and Ceylon.

I've been using this Ceylon cinnamon for over two years and wouldn't change it. Compared to commercially available cinnamon, this one is more aromatic, more fragrant and most importantly, healthier! Plus, you only need a smaller amount and this handy packet will last you hopefully forever!
