Tasty and colourful gluten-free variant. But I wouldn't have known they were made from carrots 🤭

the pasta tastes good, but you can't impale it properly on a fork. They fall apart:(

You have to cook for a shorter time :). I've cooked pasta twice and the first time it was absolutely great, the second time I accidentally cooked it longer and it fell apart too, so that must be it :).
