Excellent flour I finally found a flour that does not cause me any health problems

The flour is lovely to work with. It is very good.

Excellent for baking

Kids don't even notice the change.. the cakes taste the same.

Hi Lucie, this is a smooth flour that has a similar texture to fine semolina. Try mixing rice flour with another type of flour (e.g. corn or buckwheat) when using it. Have a nice day.
