Excellent flour I finally found a flour that does not cause me any health problems

The flour is lovely to work with. It is very good.

"It is smooth flour." It is not. In a baked dessert, you can smell tiny coarser particles that don't soften despite baking.

The flour is very coarsely ground, it crunched in my dessert... That surprised me...

Unfortunately, the flour was rancid, so it went into the trash.
