In the manual activation process, the cashews are first soaked in fresh water for a few hours to start sprouting. They are then air‑dried for a few hours and carefully ground until they become a velvety smooth butter. Cashews processed in this way taste excellent and have a super creamy consistency. They are sweeter and less bitter than regular cashews.
Processed at temperatures up to 42°C, cashews contain maximum vitamins and antioxidants and retain all the healthy fats in the best usable form.
