Super quick and easy to prepare: just add water, mix with the mixture, put in the microwave and don't burn yourself.
Sprinkle 70 g of the mixture into a cup.
The bigger the cup, the better.
Add 70 ml of water, stir well
and let stand for a minute or two.
Put the microwave on 800W for 2,5 - 3 minutes and your snack is ready
Sweetened with non‑caloric
sweetener from stevia
The stevia plant produces a high‑value sweetener containing steviol glycosides. These are 200‑300 times sweeter than sugar and do not affect blood sugar levels. Sweetening is free of dangerous compounds. You'll only find stevia, which is generally considered a safe substance of natural origin.

Ingredients
Peanuts (cream powder, whole) 30,8 %, gluten‑free oat flour 20,2 %, almond flour, milk proteins 12 %, coconut milk powder*, inulin, raising powder* (corn starch*, raising agents: potassium tartrates, sodium carbonates), natural flavouring, ground cinnamon, sea salt, sweetener: steviol glycosides.

Suggested use
- Weigh one 70 g serving into a 350‑400 ml mug and pour 70 ml of cold water.
- It is recommended to use larger cups, the classic 250 ml cups may spill the contents out of the cup.
- Stir well and let stand for 1‑2 minutes.
- For an even smoother cake, add a little butter or coconut oil to the batter.
- Then place in the microwave on 600W for 2,5‑3 minutes (check after 2 minutes and leave to finish if necessary).
- Do not cover with a plastic lid in the microwave.
- Mug cake can be tipped out of the tin or eaten directly from the mug.
