Hello!
From which bay were the sardines caught? Ideally, the North-East Atlantic would be the best place in terms of heavy metal contamination. Thank you :)

Hello,
I understand that the nutritional table refers to the fish itself (the drained part).
Greetings :)

So I understand correctly that the value given refers to the fish itself?

Good day, the values given in the nutritional table are for the entire contents of the can, not just the fish itself. This means that, for example, in the case of sardines in oil, the values include the oil and not just the fish. Thank you and have a nice day!

What is the exact combined EPA/DHA value? I know it says 4 to 5 times of who recommendations, does that make it 1g to 2g per 100g? Thank You, just got my order today:)
Michaela

Hello,
We’re sorry, but we can’t provide an exact combined value of EPA and DHA. However, according to WHO guidelines, an adult should consume 250–500 mg of EPA and DHA daily. In our canned sardines, the average content of EPA and DHA is around 700–1,500 mg per 100 g, which is about 4 to 5 times more than the WHO recommendation.
Thank you for your order! We hope you enjoy your purchase!

Hello, do you think it is safe to eat sardines every day? The taste is excellent, incomparably better than from a brick-and-mortar store, and as a rheumatic I need to have an increased intake of omega 3 fatty acids, but I am a bit worried if this will have any negative impact on health.
Thank you

Hello, are these fillets boneless? Thanks
Petra

Hi, thank you for asking. The sardines are not boneless. Sardines are commonly eaten with the bones, which are soft and tender and perfectly safe to eat. They are left in the sardines for the beneficial calcium. At the same time, they are not fillets, the sardines are tender and headless. Have a nice day
