Vilgain Chickpea flour BIO is a gluten-free alternative to regular flour. It is 100% BIO flour without any additives. It has a pleasant nutty taste.
Compared to conventional wheat flour it has a lower carbohydrate content. As the starting material is legume, it also boasts a high fibre and protein content. Its use is versatile. It can be used for baking, cooking, thickening soups and sauces, making fritters or even hummus.
