Hey. Hey,
I opened the package today, and unfortunately, the dough is wet and smells weird.
I kept it in the pantry, and it's been in its original packaging since I ordered it.
Please advise me on what to do in this case.

Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me, I received dough that was completely soaked already in the package. I'll try ordering again and we'll see....
I buy regularly, however, just opened dough is totally wet (not moldy). Shelf life until the end of February
Can the pasta be frozen?
Aren't you also planning a gluten-free version?
