Vilgain's freeze-dried fruit tastes great, but it's not crunchy enough. Specifically, the only crunchy one out of this mix was the pineapple. Not that I mind it much, but I feel that it detracts from the enjoyment since it was a big problem to chew the figs or mangoes. Compared to other brands that offer lyo fruit, vilgain is one of the weaker ones.
