There is no oatmeal like oatmeal. We've done a really honest job of picking the right ingredients, and our choice fell on flakes from Finland, which has unique climatic conditions for growing oats.
Creamy porridge ready in 2 minutes
Our oatmeal is ultra-fine and softens very quickly. Just add water or milk and you're done. You can flavour the porridge with topping, protein, fruit or nuts.
Energy for 3-4 hours
Energy is released from complex carbohydrates gradually over several hours. The flakes also have a low glycemic index, so you won't be hungry right away.
Fills you up for a long time
Oatmeal has a high satiety index because it binds water very well and contains more than 11% fibre. In addition, they also contain beta-glucans, which have been shown to lower blood cholesterol levels and benefit cardiovascular and immune health.*
*The beneficial effect is achieved on the basis of a daily intake of 3 g of oat beta-glucan.
Practical and ecological packaging where the flakes can breathe
The flakes are packed in Finland directly at the manufacturer without any intermediate interventions to minimize the ecological footprint as much as possible. Special paper boxes with FSC® MIX certification are used as packaging, which guarantees that the paper used is produced with respect for nature and the sustainability of the rainforests.

Suggested use
- Pour with hot water: pour over 40 g of flakes in 185 ml of hot water or milk and let rest for 1 minute. Stir in your favourite protein, add fruit, Cheat Spread, nut butter or Topping and you have a quick complex meal.
- Microwave preparation: mix 40g with 185ml cold water and heat for 1-2 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir in your favourite protein, add fruit, Cheat Spread, nut butter or Topping and you have a quick complex meal.
- Preparation on the hob: mix 40g in a saucepan with 185ml cold water, bring to the boil and stir for one minute. Once heated, let rest for 1 minute. Stir in your favourite protein, add fruit, Cheat Spread, nut butter or Topping and you have a quick complex meal.
- If you prefer a creamier consistency, use milk to prepare, or mix water and milk 1:1. Add sugar or salt according to taste.
- For protein enrichment, you can add either your favorite whey or plant-based vegan protein as well as egg protein (dried or liquid egg whites) to the porridge. With the addition of egg whites, the resulting porridge will be more fluffy.
