To grow this performance driven New Product Development (NPD) team, we are now seeking a dynamic and creative persona. You will be in charge of finding high quality producers and suppliers for new products and their listing to our portfolio.

You will be in charge of:

• Leading the product development process from concept to launch, including formulation, prototyping, testing, and scale‑up
• Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and understanding consumer preferences
• Suggesting innovative products and strategies
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady flow of exceptional products
• Sourcing and developing private and clean label products that comply with our high standards
• Collaborating closely with our marketing and sales teams for successful product launches
• Managing category budgets effectively and track profitability
• Providing regular reports on category performance to inform our strategy
• Solving category‑specific issues and challenges with a creative problem‑solving mindset
   

We will be a good match if you have: 

• Experience with similar position in the food industry - this is a crucial requirement
• Understanding of supply chain management
• Innovative thinking, passion for food and ability to suggest groundbreaking ideas
• Negotiation skills to secure the best deals
• Fluency in English
• Ability to handle tasks independently and manage your time well
