A great source of omega-3 NMK and protein. Sprinkle them on your salad, sourdough bread with lentils or porridge. Yummy!

They seem fresh and nice green colour. I add them on top of my yogurt.

Awesome seeds, I use mostly in porridge to supplement protein.

Top in salads, smoothies, on porridge, on eggs, anywhere. :)
