It came with a pill compartment. It bothers me a little that when I use it, it takes up space in the whole container and I have no room left for protein, etc. The shaker doesn't leak though🙌

For the price, awesome.
Men can also have a snack (yoghurt and muesli) and that's a complete top. It doesn't take up as much space and it's extremely practical.
It doesn't leak, it serves as it should.
